Spyder TV- Ride to ”Ile d’Orléans”

On august 23-24, Spyder TV and Club Spyder Laurentides put together a beautiful ride that took us from the suburbs of Montreal Canada to just north of Québec City. Ile d’Orléans was scheduled for a couple of stops and we had the pleasure of having Christian Bédard who is the president of a local Spyder club be our private tour guide. We had a first stop at a local jam shop called Tigidou (inclure site web) where we sampled some home made goodies. A local winerie as well was on our route plus we had to stop at the famous “Chocolat house” in Ste-Petronille where you can get your soft ice-cream cone double dipped in 2 different chocolats !!! Oh Yeah !!!

Once we finished our visits we headed to Le Manoir du Lac Delage near Stoneham where Pierre Poliquin from Spyder TV took the ice bucket challenge for ALS to the next level by taking not one, but 25 buckets of ice water one after the other !!! With the help of the Spyder riders that were with us. Watch the video here. Hotel guess and  staff cheered alone side the riders as Pierre was getting soaked really good !!
What a great weekend with a great group of people, beautiful weather and amazing roads, all together for this weekend we were 34 spiders for a total of 54 people.
